You may also want to try planning your menu for the week although, the menu may end up getting changed hopefully it will be something you can handle by adding, subtracting or just plain changing the menu for that day.

You really can’t got to the grocery store hungry because at that particular time your eyes and your stomach will totally take over and you will forget what you went there for. So try not to go to the grocery store hungry.
